Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will grant you full control over your email mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a brand new mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect mail messages from one email box account to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply specify the email mailbox account you want to forward email messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
